The CMX WS-257 Chairman Unit and WS-258 Delegate Unit are professional Wi-Fi conference terminals designed for boardrooms, council chambers, government offices, training centres, and corporate meeting rooms. Each unit features a 5-inch IPS display, a 420mm gooseneck microphone, and a capacitive cardioid capsule for focused speech pickup with reduced surrounding noise.

The dual-colour microphone ring shows red when speaking and green when a delegate requests permission. Both units support check-in, discussion, voting, microphone status display, and multilingual operation in English, Chinese, French, and Russian. The WS-257 chairman unit provides priority control, allowing the chairperson to switch off active delegate microphones and manage meeting check-in.

Wi-Fi transmission uses the 5.1–5.8GHz range with 802.11a/n/ac Wave 2 technology. Non-compressed 48kHz audio processing and an 80Hz–16kHz frequency response help deliver clear conference speech. Five-band EQ adjustment allows the sound to be matched to different speakers and rooms.

A built-in feedback suppressor reduces acoustic feedback, while an optional 5W monitor speaker automatically mutes when the microphone activates. Each unit includes a 3.5mm earphone jack, USB expansion interface, Type-C charging, and a rechargeable 5200mAh battery that supports dependable professional wireless conference installations across Bangladesh. Fast Type-C charging can fully recharge the battery in approximately three hours.
