The CMX CS-903 Chairman Unit and CS-904 Delegate Unit are professional wired discussion microphones designed for boardrooms, council chambers, government offices, training centres, and corporate conference rooms. They connect through CAT6 cable and RJ45 ports, providing stable digital communication and convenient hand-in-hand installation. An additional 8-pin connector is available as a backup connection option.

Each unit uses a supercardioid condenser microphone with a flexible 400mm gooseneck, helping capture clear speech while reducing unwanted surrounding sound. The microphone provides a practical pickup distance of approximately 15–60cm, while the illuminated ring indicates active operating status. A 0.96-inch OLED screen displays the microphone ID and current working information.

The compatible CS-900 controller supports up to 10 chairman microphones and 100 delegate microphones. Larger systems can be expanded through cascaded extension controllers. Meeting administrators can select free, FIFO, or limited discussion modes and set active microphone limits of one, two, three, or five units.

The CS-903 chairman unit includes priority control over delegate microphones, while the CS-904 provides standard participant discussion functions. Anti-interference circuit design helps reduce disturbance from mobile phones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and radio equipment, making both units suitable for reliable professional conference installations in Bangladesh during everyday meetings and formal decision-making sessions.
