Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the invoice.
Customized, special-order, or used products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection and approval by our technical team.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
